Stan continues to make updates on the platform to support a global audience of creators and we just got the latest tea. Here are some updates that you should start to see on platform as soon as tomorrow:
- A new account switcher
- The ability to delete customers
- Stan officially support Stripe for the UAE
- Stan officially integrated with iDEAL for seamless transactions in the Netherlands
Let’s check those updates
Stan Store Multiple Account Switch
To get started, head over to your Username (bottom left of the page, where you typically log out) > Add Account
Once you log into your second account, you will automatically be taken to your second Stan dashboard.
To switch back, all you need to do is click on your username again and click on whichever account you’d like to access!
Important: This is only for completely separate Stan Account. Stan doesn’t currently support multiple accounts under the same email address.
How to delete a Customer on Stan Store
Here’s How:
- Head to your Audience tab
- Find the customer you’d like to delete > Click on the customer to open their Overview page
- Click the three dots (next to Send Invoice)
- Click Delete Customer
Important: This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Additional information:
- Any active memberships and courses will be cancelled when the customer is deleted.
- Any deleted customer(s) will lose access to courses.
- Any upcoming 1-on-1 appointment for the customer will be cancelled.
- Refunds will not be issued automatically once a customer is deleted.
- If you’d like to issue a refund, you can do this yourself in your ‘Income’ tab.
Stan now supports Stripe for UAE
Stan now officially supporting Stripe for creators in the the UAE.
To get started, head over to your Stan Settings > Payments > then click Register next to the Stripe logo.
You will need to provide a valid trade license issued within the UAE as part of the Stripe verification process!
iDEAL is now available with Stan
Stan is now officially integrated with iDEAL for seamless transactions in the Netherlands.
Enjoy fast, secure payments by selecting iDEAL at checkout for you and your customers!
To connect, head over to your Stan Settings > Payments > then click Connect next to the iDEAL logo.
Please Note:
- You and your customer must be located in the Netherlands to see iDEAL as a payment option
- Your Stan currency must be set to € Euros
- You must also be connected to Stripe as a payment option in Stan
